my hero

this is the ditch that my car somehow ended up in the other day... i won't go into the details of how that happened, as it would probably end up sounding like a long rambling description that would only make sense to me, but i'll sum it up by saying it was night, very muddy, and i'm a dork.
to give you an idea of the depth of that seemingly innocuous ditch, the top of my trunk was level with the edge of the road. those little mudpuddles are where my front wheels were spinning out.

thankfully for me, i have a heroic boyfriend with a handy 4-wheel drive!
nick saved me. just like in the movies.
