well the play is over, praise the lord above, and i just have the residual stress knots in my shoulders to deal with. i wish i had pictures of the set to show you -- it turned out well for the most part. not as good as i envisioned, but all in all, a success.
life is looking pretty good right about now. a whole week off of work, some good pain drugs to make it go by fast, and the possibility of going to any business i want during business hours... i might just go to the bank and sit there for a while, just because i can. maybe get my hair trimmed...?
the whole surgery thing is just a minor blip in these wonderful plans i have for the week. i had a pre-registration sort of thing yesterday -- blood work, etc, which made it sink in a bit more that i'm actually having surgery monday. with everything going on, i don't think it's all that real to me. just as well -- no need to add stress that won't do any good to stress over anyways.
i'll be a bit incomunicado for a while, so i'll just take this opportunity to say so long and i love you all! if you could cast a prayer in my direction monday morning, it would be appreciated :-) i'll be going in at 6 a.m. and the surgery's sometime around 8... i don't know what we'll be doing for 2 hours, but i'm sure it will be important.

Praying for you - and that cute little scar you'll be getting as a souvenir. Be sure to put some Mela oil on it to help it fade away! Once the pain meds wear off, call me this week and we can chat to help pass the time!! :)
